Margarito has made no effort to get a rematch with Williams. Cintron wanted Margarito rather than Williams. Judah declined a fight against Williams.

I think he is feared a bit, no one wants to fight him now that he was proven legit against Margarito. He is what you'd call a high risk & low reward fight. Even if you beat Williams you won't get much credit.

Judah hurt his hand in the davis fight and couldn't start training till the 29th or something. It wouldn't have given him enough time to train for the second.
