This ain't the Tua who knocked out Ruiz & Moorer we are talking about anyway.

It's the Tua who was outboxed by Rahman and Byrd and almost lost a close split decision to a journeyman. The Tua who is old and out of shape.

Sure Tua has had a good bum of the month tour recently but let's see him step up against some real competition.

Even if it was, Wlad isn't Ruiz or Moorer.

Wlad is heavelit favored over any version of Tua

But the version of Tua today doesn't even have a punchers chance
(if he does it's very small) and could probably get stopped.

If it was a prime Tua then this match-up would make more sense.

Yea Wlad vs. a prime Tua woiuld have me worried, as a Wlad fan.

Today this would be a wasted date. Wlad needs to fight his own generation, not Len's

there's a good possiblity Tua could KO him but there's maybe an equally strong possiblity that Wlad would just jab him to death from the outside similar to how Rahman did but better than that. Basically what he normally does to the shorter slower fighter.

tua has a very good chin, but he's so vulnerable to the jab, and gets too cautious for his own good when he tastes leather.

Wlad will pick him apart with the jab and keep him honest with the straight right hand.

I give a prime Tua of the late 90s a respectable chance against Wlad. Tua's left hook is very powerful and dangerous for the full 12 rounds.

I give today's Tua a better chance at staying away from Burger King for a year than I do of him beating Wlad.

I'm a HUGE Tua fan & he is back in shape now. Last two fights in 230 range. He could pull off a KO, but realistically Wlad has the the better chance by using that nasty long range jab of his. Always a good fight though when Tua is involved.

Tua gets knocked out in this one.
Don't give me that "oh but Tua's chin is granite bla bla"
Tua is human, Wlad knocks him out.
