DAVID TUA vs PETER OR CHAGAEV

David Tua is 11-0-1 (9 KO's) Since his last loss in 2001 to Chris Byrd. I think he has cracked the top 20 in my opinion. I wanna know what you guys think of a Tua vs Chagaev or Peter. 2 top heavyweights who are close to his size which would make for a close and exciting fight. I know Tua isn't his former self, but I could garuntee you that anything could happen when Tua is fighting. Would you wanna see Tua fight one of these guys?

I'm sure we all want to see Tua fight the top guys. But he probably has a ways to go before getting a title fight. On the plus side he has been looking good (and light), and he has been livening up some otherwise poor free-tv boxing cards.

Imo, in time Tua might have a good shot at beating most of the top 10 heavyweights (though not Klitschko).

Tua vs Peter would be a war. Chagaev would probably outbox Tua with his unorthodox southpaw style.

Tua barely turned 35, I don't think he's that old. I think it would be cool to see him finally win a belt, he deserves one for knocking out Ruiz in 20 seconds, knocking out Rahman, KOing Moorer in 20 sec and KOing Maskaev. If you look at his 3 losses in his 53 fights, one was to Lennox Lewis, one to Ike Ibeabuchi, who was a monster, and the last to a prime Chris Byrd. He was never knocked out and never even knocked down, to my knowledge. He deserves one more chance, I think. Peter would be a great matchup for him.

It's better than most of these contender's today who have NEVER knocked out anyone.
