The thing is Oscar says he can make 147, but even if he can which would be extremely though, he would make a smaller guy like Cotto, Hatton, ext. go to 154. Just like he did with Floyd which he lost anyway. He said he was going to 147. If he fights Cotto he should do it at 147. That being said the purse would be too big for anyone to turn down.
