Israel Vazquez vs Jorge Linares

These two have recently had some back and forth words with one another, i seen it on a spanish interview somewhere. They both agreed that they would fight one another.

Vazquez-Marquez III sadly isnt even signed yet.

Vazquez-Linares might happen sooner rather than later. Vazquez would be moving up to 126 to fight for the WBC title that Linares holds.

I would love to see this fight. But more than Vazquez-Marquez again, i dunno.

Would you guys find this fight interesting? Linares is the guy that whooped Oscar Larios on the Wright-Hopkins undercard and recently fought well on Valero's undercard in Cancun.

Vazquez vs Linares would be one hell of a fight, FOTY **** right there.... I see both of them being hurt and one getting KO'd... I would love to see this **** but let it be the winner of Vazquez vs Marquez before anything...

Linares is a really exciting fighter and his performance against Larios was exceptional.

Vazquez has more power. Linares is more strategical. This would be one hell of a fight.

Styles make fights,and i pick Linares to win by UD or late TKO,Vazquez will be moving up,and he has troubles with good boxers
I remember his fight with Jhonny Gonzalez,Gonzalez boxed him and brawled him,he knocked him down twice and was ahead until the stoppage,i think Linares would box similar,and pick his spots,brawl at times and cause Vazquez problems,Linares hits harder then Gonzalez,and is bigger,i think he could hurt Vazquez,who CAN be hurt,Israel would have to be all over him,but Jorge is a smart fighter,i think he would win

Ive never seen a will that Vazquez couldnt break.

If you'll remember, Vazquez knocked Larios out twice, and had one amazing fight with Larios on a bad night.

Id pick Vazquez by Late stoppage probably behind on the cards.

I'd MUCH rather see the historic third Marquez-Vazquez fight though. Should be the best of all of them

I dont think Linares could keep up what Gonzalez was doing (much like Gonzalez didnt), i dont even think Linares is as good a boxer as Gonzalez is yet.

Linares is a better fighter all around then Gonzalez, cause he hits really hard and can brawl and throws tremendous combinations and can counter punch, etc.

But Gonzalez has a really stiff jab and uses the ring beautifully. It gave Vazquez fits, but Vazquez overcame it.

So like i said, id pick Vazquez by late round TKO. Going up in weight could be a problem, and idk how much bigger Linares is then Vazquez, which could be another problem

Linares is a GREAT fighter. I don't know who would win. What I do know is, Vazquez better win or keep it close. Because if Marquez wins and Linares only wants the guy who looks impressive from that fight, then Linares beats Marquez. Marquez would be moving up AGAIN and can barely handle the punches at this weight. (By barely, I mean, throughout the fight)

Best case scenerio, Maruqez wins, but barely, Vazquez moves up and that fight is still made. This way, all thre fighters can move on to bigger and better things.

I have a feeling that Linares would soundly outbox Vasquez. The kid is the second coming of Ricardo Lopez.
