As I recall he sufficiently recovered a year after the '02 vehicular accicent-- in which he killed three Belgian tourists-- to be talking about facing Trinidad, De La Hoya and Hopkins. But then his sentencing came in '05. He was told to serve two years of a five year sentence (the remaining term was suspended for five years).
He fought in March 07. A picture of that fight is seen below. He won it, according to press reports, by virtue of his heavier punches. He did not impress, it was said.
