    Pacquiao v Hatton

Hey guys not sure if you guys caught the last interview that Freddy Roach did with another site but he stated that if Manny gets by Marquez @ 130, Diaz @135, then the next step to his legacy is Hatton @ 140. What do you guys think will go down if this fight is to happen?

I personally will reserve the right to see what happens with Marquez and Diaz before I think about Hatton and I hope Freddie and Manny are focusing on those to other fights but what a hell of a battle it would be between Hatton and the Pacman.

Unless hatton is shot, thats not a good fight for manny, he can be outboxed and out******, if he fights diaz, he would have to box him out and not get caught up too much on the inside too, some interesting fights, i think Marquez beats him anyways or should win that fight, but if manny won that fight convincingly id give him a good chance against diaz, the hatton fight is a step too far, hatton weighs 175 outside the ring.

Dont think it will happen. Too far down the line if it does, and Hatton will be retired by then

Even though Manny came in at 144lbs in his last fight?

don't think it will happen, Hatton is way to big for Manny, but would be awsome to watch while it lasted (maybe 5 rounds).

I don't see it happening. But, who knows? I'd like to see Manny try and clean out the division he's in.. But I can see why the move up would help him. He's not a true 130 pounder at this point.

In what aspect...Manny and Hatton are the same height and Manny has a two inch reach advantage. Both are hard as nails and both come forward. I think this is a very duable fight in the near future.

If your talking about Hatton and Pacquaio, Hatton at 144 pounds is going to be alot stronger than Pacman at that same weight imo, hatton has good foot speed to, hits hard to the body, i dont see that as an option for pac who'd really have to box and move for 12 rounds rather than getting into a scrap, i dont think pacman is a good enough boxer to evade a decent ricky hatton charging into him, the strength factor is too much imo, pac started at minium weight, 140 is a long way away from that. I can see pac having some decent moments but once he got hit clean i wouldnt fancy his chances, to be good at the higher weights you need to a defence to stop the biggers guys hitting you clean, i dont think pac has a good defence.

Hatton is so much stronger. Manny is just a skinny thing and Hatton is real stalky. I see Hatton pushing Manny all over the ring. With all the holding too...Hatton would just be draining Manny the whole fight. Like I said, would be great to watch though... And niether fighter would back down from that challenge so I guess any things possible
