I think 4th is about right.

Pacquiao cleared out 130, like Joe cleared out 168, but 130 is a bit better in my estimation.

Pacquiao and Marquez are at a deadlock right now too. Both have wins over Barrera, and neither could get the best of the other.

After Marquez/Pacquiao and Hopkins/Calzaghe, a lot of questions are going to be answered.

He'll definately be #3 if he beats Hopkins.

So you are saying Joe is p4p no 1 because he beats people his own size while Floyd is beating fighters bigger than him?

Everyone has outweight Floyd at welter, except for maybe Hatton... I wish they would have released fight night weights. This includes Super Judah.

Corrales was going to start fighting at 135, until Floyd called him out. He even vacated his 130 pound title to do this, which is why Floyd didn't get a second belt at 130 for beating Corrales.

Obviously he had just moved up to 135, meaning Castillo easily outweighed him both times.

lack of opposition for Calzaghe. Instead of fighting over here in USA, he just kept fighting bums over there in Wales while Mayweather fought top 10 champions, clinching the P4P number #1 spot. Its a shame for the simple fact that Kessler had more top 10 wins than Calzaghe did and he started his career a few years after, that shows how protected Calzaghe was.

I don't think it's calzaghe's fault I think It's Frank Warren. After he lost Nassem because he brought him along a bit fast and his career got destroyed after Barrera he wanted to milk the most out of his fighters. Calzaghes proved (although a little late) that he is a great champ. Imagine if we had actually seen a prime calzaghe fight the kind of opposition he is seeking now.

i have no truck with the people that rate calz as thier no1, i myself however rate him about third or fourth just now, i do feel warren has held him back and as such i feel joe now has'nt the time to prove the doubters over.
