If Jones beats Trinidad, what next?

Sorry if this is an old topic....

But where will Roy go from here? Hopkins? Calzaghe? I'm surprised HBO is getting behind this fight so much (doing a countown show, etc). I kinda thought they were gonna wash their hands from him.

i'm wondering if HBO is heading the production this upcoming fight ( with HBO broadcast team) or is DKP going to do it like how Top Rank did the production for the Morales - Diaz PPV (themselves) with their own broadcast team...

if jones wins: hopkins or calzaghe or retire

Jones said he's had Hopkins back out of 3 fights or make rediculous demands at the last minute already, he won't even consider a fight with him now. Roy said he'll even go to Wales to fight Joe, so why not? Just as long as Joe and Roy retire after that fight.

I saw the fight on HBO's "The Buzz", plus the "Countdown to Jones-Trinidad" coming in Januuary...I think its gonna be a bonafide HBO event. A former welterweight chamnp vs. a former heavyweight champ...

Sounds funny when you put it that way. Also a 5'11 former MW champ (Jones) vs a 5'11 former MW champ (Trinidad.)
