unlikely what the floyd fight showed is that hatton can be beaten by skilled boxers kostya punches harder than floyd or torres but floyd picked his punches perfectly and managed to ko him using hattons own forward motion, his own power and hit him at an angle right on the chin . kostya just threw deadly right hands

i think if he fights paulie he will lose, I have bbem around this forum for a long time damn near prophisizing that paul malignaagi will someday be an elite p4p fighter, If hatton fights paul he will lose, and pauli will get the vredit he has deserved for so long

He will walk through Paulies punches and Paulie doesn't have a defence like Mayweather so he is gonna get hurt. Hatton wins easy peasy.

i strongly disagree with you here, Paulie doesnt have to hit hard, He has amazing foot movment, He can move around the ring and keep hatton off of him, And yes eventualy hatton will get inside and get some work done, But i think paul is an inteligent enouph fighter to tie up

True, the fight would just depend on the ref in my eyes. If he allows Ricky to hold in hit, like in the Kostya fight, Ricky would win, if not I think Torres catches him. Kostya wouldve won as well if the ref enforced the rules.

Hatton also has tremendous footwork, look at the way he cut off the ring from Floyd.I think Gatti will try and fight like he did against Cotto if he fought Hatton, to prevent constant body shots, he was tough as nails that fight but he just doesn't have enough power.

I think Hatton's next opponent will be Gavin Rees. An easy fight, another title and a fight back home. Next should be Paulie at MSG then maybe a fight with Witter in England. Three fights this year would be perfect, with maybe a battle with Torres next year and perhaps a final foray into Welterweight to round it off and retire.

Demetrius Hopkins is nowhere near Hatton's level.

hatton could beat all of them too easy.

only witter would be a real challenge, and its looking like the least likely fight on offer.
