    Do boxing fans understand that......

fighters can look great in one fight, but repeativly look like ****? I see a few people been talking about one fighters perticular fight and how great he looked and if he fought anybody he would beat them that night, but reality is every fighter has that one fight where he may look great, but may not be the case in every fight

The difference between a top p4per and other fighters that they are consistant with there performance.

some fighter may look bad in one day and look good in another day example like Zab Judah. But for a person like Mayweather he trains himself to look good in everyfight

      good point.

too many people base opinions of fighters on a specific performance (or a small few) rather than looking at the bigger picture.

Trouble is he doesn't look like a all time beater all the time, you think he may, but i disaggree.

calzaghe has been a top p4p for some time, and his performances have been in no way consistent.

Margarito DID look great against Cintron, I'll give him that. But otherwise he's been lacking in his big fights.

Well Juan Marquez people consider him p4p and he only beaten couple of SFW contender is couple his fight and Barrera gave a rather than Marquez won the fight last.

But he did win all his fight. Sometime some fighter will just make you look bad.

But Calzaghe couple of his performance was good to say e****ally the performance with too much public attention like Jeff Lacy and Kessler

****, I didn't realise this, I thought they produced the same level of performance in every single fight.

Thanks for pointing this out - well done you.
