HEY YALL MIGHT NOT THINK IT BUT I TRAIN A COUPLE OF FIGHTERS AT THE GYM WHERE JUAN DIAZ TRAINS AND HE IS ON THE TREADMILL ALL THE TIME. HE IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION THE THING IS HE DOES NOT DO A LOT OF WEIGHTS AND STUFF LIKE THAT TO TRIM DOWN BECAUSE MUSCLE IS HEAVIER THAN FAT, AND THE MORE MUSCLE YOU HAVE THE MORE OXYGEN YOUR BODY NEEDS. SO HE DOES A LOT OF AEROBIC STUFF TO BE ABLE TO MOVE AND NOT GET TIRED IN THE RING.
