I understand your a Cintron fan...BUT....he should atleast brought up Williams..

honestly, i believe, had Williams said, "ok, we are going to fight someone else now, and then we will fight you once your hand is healed", cintron would have been happy to oblige. After all, cintron was the one who called out Pwil to begin with, so i dont think he is scared of him at all (though i do believe mayweather is). i think he was more offended that pwil rejected him completely and then when couldnt find that good of a fight tried to come back.

he isn't ducking. nobody should fight williams at welterweight. he should go to light heavyweight where he belongs and see how he'd do there. He is fighting midgets compared to him. ppl can't counter punch him. he is throwing combinations while mainting his distance cuz of his height and reach. its not fair.
