Guessing by the names on the poll, it is probably current timeframe only.

If not... it has to be Ricardo Lopez at 105. The only ****ing name at that weight class ever, and dominated everyone except for one guy, who he ended up 1-0-1 against.

Good vote. When I think of unbeatable, I think of their prime, as well.

So even if they have a loss on their record, I won't count it, if it's not their prime. With that being said, I would choose Roy Jones Jr. over anybody at 168.

The record books say a lot of things that arn't true, but it doesn't matter.

I'm not so sure Winky can still make 154. Williams won't be able to make 147 for much longer (162 in his last fight) and Cotto and Floyd are both capable of beating him. Hatton is certainly not unbeatable at 140, I think Torres gives him a tough fight. Juan Diaz could move up and beat him. Pacman is def beatable by JMM, who seemed to figure him out in their last fight.

Floyd at 140 (which he easily makes), Calzaghe at 168, and Juan Diaz at 135, in that order are the most unbeatable right now.

I don't get this poll. there are a half dozen names not there. and winky shouldn't be there. I picked williams from the poll, but real answer is Mayweather. He is the most complete fighter and can handle any style of fighter no matter what anyone says. He fought better on the inside and threw better body punches than a fighter who is known for those things against hatton. He fights offensive against a defensive fighter, and defensive agaisnt an offensive fighter which is the way it should be done. and he adapts better than anyone from minute to minute during a fight.

I left Mayweather off on purpose so we can atleast have a debate about it.

I know Floyd will never lose......but thats no fun..thats why he is not on that list.

To be honest, after Winky started fighting in his defensive matrix jab counterpunch style, he was virtually unbeatable at 154.

Well when you say unbeatable at a weight class, and a dude has been beaten at that weight class three times, you can't knock someone for calling you out on your lack of planning.

And don't say that you told me... when I have Winky as my avatar, it is a safe bet that I know a bit about his career.

That's like me trying to educate you on Paul Williams's two fights before he fought Margarito...
