    OMG, DEAD...HAHAHA!
Big George, Shavers, Lennox, are all up there on my list.

Anyone that fought the early version of Foreman would put him first. Ken Norton fought Foreman, Shavers, and Cooney and did. He described George's power as "unbelievable". Good poll though.

Mike Tyson with George Foreman coming in an extremely close second.

lol,,,tyson didnt hit half as hard as foreman. it was more his speed and timing that did opponents in. you could see foreman's punches coming and he'd still take your legs out from under you. thats POWER

            I wouldn't go that far.
But yeah, what made prime Mike so devasting was his great hand speed for a Heavy.
Physically, Tyson might have been the strongest ever to lace them up. No hyperbole either. The dude was freakishly strong..

Earnie Shavers was the hardest hitting HW ever, not Tyson. Blasphemy! yson depended on speed. And we all know what happened when the speed was sapped. Savers had power forever.

An honorable mention Mac Foster. Fought Muhammad Ali, and Muhammad said that the WIND from the punch nearly knocked him out. Beat an old Zora Foley, too. Not the best Heavyweight, but he was definitely one of the hardest hitting ones.

See if you can guess his KO% before clicking:

David Tua IMO is one of the hardest hitting HWs ever.
He should be in the list.

Tyson was an awesome puncher, but he wasn't nearly the strongest heavyweight ever. Bigger guys like Smith and Tucker were able to lean on him and make him go the distance. If they tried that against Foreman he would have broken them in half.

espn made a huge mistake by not having the klitschko brothers as an option. i mean, the guys mentioned can definitely punch hard, but the klitschko brothers ko percentage alone earns them the right. and, to anyone who has seen a couple of their fights, there no question that they belong up there with anyone.
