Kessler has proven to be pretty good at finding targets and closing off the ring when his opposer starts walking. All I can say that if this fight is ever made, I will be really happy.
Dawson is better technically sound than Calzaghe. He has a good guard, real slick, and barley gets hit. Calzaghe is a good pure boxer as well but he can be found, he does weird things where he drops his hands or slugs, and with Dawson being a great counter puncher, i see him being able to take advange of that. if Kessler fought Dawson, he would be past his prime weight and will be giving up size. I see Kessler being out boxed badly in this fight. he is too basic of a boxer to keep up with Dawson unless he lands something out of no where, but have not seen Dawson seriously hurt. everytime he was knocked down, he kept his composure, got up and dominated.

Dawson is good but I'm not gonna jump on the bandwagon untill I see him fight Glen. Both Dawson and Kessler look like Cruiserweights in thier builds so I don't think Kessler will be giving up that much moving up to Light Heavy.

thats because he never fought Dawson...lol. Calzaghe would have put him down if the ref didn't jump in when Calzaghe hurt him.

Nah man,i like Kessler, but he cannot beat Dawson,Dawson has got everything in the book, and one of the best right hooks to the body u can see,Kessler's left right combo would get mastered by Dawson in about four rounds,i think he would school him,i think a good slick southpaw would defeat Kessler, especially someone as skillfull as Dawson

Mikkel Kessler by KO/TKO....Dawson would get hurt badly by one of Kessler's vicious combinations and he would eventually be finished off by Kessler for a KO/TKO victory.

The strength of the super middleweight division means Kessler beats Dawson pretty comftorably. I would go by mid rounds TKO or KO.

SMW is the second strongest in the world at the moment.

Its not just Kessler or Joe C, who are seriously great fighters. But the likes of Mundine and Bute could win world titles at the LHW and MW divisions. SMW is the place to be at the moment.
