the Paul Williams Camp: "Kermit Cintron is Heartless" article explains it very nicely. you should read it some time.Margo completely annihilated Cintron. The loss was even worse knowing that Cintron is a much better boxer than the one dimensional Margarito. Paul Williams WAS impressive against Margo but really didnt show much potential to cause damage. The kind of damage Cintron experienced against Margo. Also, cintron asked for an extension so that he can fight Williams with a healed hand. Williams declined.
So if Williams declined Cintron's request to have the fight postponed by a month and said he was fighting on that day regardless, Cintron is ducking Williams?
So if Cintron is trying to get a rematch with the man who embarrassed and hurt him, he's somehow afraid of Paul Williams?
Please explain how much sense that makes.Comment

The title looks good, but...
"If the money is right"!? Margarito is not in the bargining position now! He shood be absolutely happy with this chance. The weakest champ in the crowded division puts his title on the line, easy way back to the top. It is absolurely ****** not to take it even for free!Last edited by Cabannaro; 12-29-2007, 08:29 AM.Comment

cintron is now the champion (again) and i like him because even of all the beatings he got from margarito, he still has some balls left to call on margarito again. margo will KO him again... and again... and again.Comment

not sure if you really understand how odds work in boxing... in fact im positive you arent because of this post. odds are based upon the number of bets a fighter gets. i mean, im sure there are initial odds posted, waaaayyy before the fight, but once the betting starts, the betting controls the odds. so basically, everyone was betting on floyd. No one, and i mean no one, really thought oscar or hatton would win (well, some mexicans and some brits).Comment
