And to be honest when black people are racist it tends not to be in the same way as people might assume when they hear the word racism. This might sound confusing but with black people it tends to be more just taking the piss for the sake of humour or to get a certain type of reaction. Like Chris Rock for instance.

Of course there are always exceptions, but on the whole "racist" black people tend to just make flippant comments without any real malicious intent.

Yup, same with basketball or until the white guy earns respect; Larry Bird said the same thing. It's been that way because black-Americans, and let us make it clear that this is an American thing, with American Black athletes, since I don’t know how it carries outside the States, besides the racism that still exists worldwide, were kept away from the sports by the "White" man and when the "black-man" was allowed in, they took over sports.

Of course chances are that this discussion will lead further and we will start a fight about Black-"Americans" are not better at athletics, etc. etc. etc.

Who **** said Calzaghe deserves to fight Hopkins in this thread, who tried to say Calzaghe is a big name. If you got a problem with Calzaghe take it elsewhere. Don't be using any excuse you can get to try and belittle Cal's achievements.

Reid would have beaten Trinidad & De La hoya
Lacy too
And Kessler.
Also Joe has been beating bigger stronger men than Hopkins who weren't HOF.

Hopkins is the most overrated of the 2 because he has lost to the best he ever faced.

Hopkins lost to Roy in his prime, not that big of a deal...at least he fought him, although Hopkins never fought him again, for good reason.

Hopkins lost to Taylor, a younger fighter who was still good at the time, then fell to ****. Hopkins was still out of his prime, which I've been saying for a long time. Hopkins isn't the same fighter for a long time. People know what I'm talking about that have watched him prior to Tito.

Reid isn't any better than a prime Echols P4P, neither is Lacy (who I said was overrated before the fight even took place). Kessler was very good, although not a HOF type fighter, and the best win for Joe.
