Who holds the truth?

Is there a sanctioning body, magazine or any other boxing anaylst/expert that accuratly depicts the top 10 fighters in each division or P4P list? I use to have faith in Ring Magazine, but after seeing thier top 10 for the light weight division, I don't know who else to turn to for the truth outside of my "gut" feeling.

And don't get me started on the "ABC" boxing orginazations...most of them are so out of whack, I think they all must be smoking that "****".

So who has the most defintative list?

as i said in the other thread, a guy doesn't lose his ring/linear belt just because people disagree with the decision.

boxing doesn't work that way.

do you realize how many champions in history have had questionable decisions, or gifts go their way?
