    Adrian Diaconu-Shaun George?

Shaun George is one of the purest boxer-punchers at 175 pounds. Diaconu is a balls-out brawler with an Arturo Gatti-mindset. Diaconu is the number one contender to Chad Dawson, who is fighting Glen Johnson. Since Dawson is preoccuppied, this would make a good fight stylistically and would help clarify who the best LHW prospect is out there.

If they fought, who would you pick?

I would love for it to happen but I feel Diaconu's team is probably going to sit and wait for the matchup with Dawson. They will want the biggest payday.

I haven't seen Shaun George fight but have seen Diaconu fight a couple times on his early Montreal cards.

    Who has Shaun George fought?

Shaun George beat Richard Hall last year and a couple other stay busy fights. I was at his last fight with Thomas Reid, who was a late replacement for Eric Harding.

I hear Chris Henry is freezing the ball trying to get a fight with Dawson. George's promoter tried to set up that fight and Henry wanted no part of it. If Diaconu wants to make an impression, he should try to get a young, dangerous fighter and get on the undercard of Dawson-Johnson. Shaun George says he wants that fight.

Your right. Diaconu should maybe build himself up a little bit more.

Seems like Dawson came into boxing at the wrong time.

Hopkins is on his way out. The saem with Zag.

Kessler and Pavlik may be on the horizon.

        Other then that...

I think Diaconu should take Shaun George, which is a dangerous fight considering the styles. I'd go with George by decision, Diaconu is a tough guy and can stand up to some serious firepower. I think George would just have too much speed and style for Diaconu to deal with.
