    Just Rewatched Oscar-sturm-Hard To Judge

Just rewatched the fight.Oscar's face was pretty much smothered.
Felix' s was like it started.
The thing is I found this fight very hard to judge, as it was very close, and some rounds were very very hard to judge.

All 3 judges had it 115-113 to Oscar.
Felix thought he had it won.
The thing is, Oscar had a much higher punch output, but a lot of the time Felix was connecting with the more flush punches.

How do you compare Oscar's many body shots to getting hit on the face.
What value do you give to Oscar's many many body shots compared to getting hit by a hook or a straight right.

Overall, it was a very boring sparring fight,
very dull, without any excitment at all.

I wonder why Oscar is such a big PPV fighter???

DLH lost that fight. The judges gave it to him to set up the megafight with Hopkins. Sturm blocked most of DLH's punches, DLH went into that fight looking out of shape too.

So you think Oscar lost 3 of his last 4 fights before fighting Floyd?

i thought he lost the fight he blew up to middleweight not trained up to it and it was the big set up for the hopkins fight. He did to me however beat shane in their rematch so maybe this makes up for that. (He also easily beat Trinidad to me) You feel bad for the kid that lost but what has he done since then....... O well!!!!!!

I thought a draw was the best DLH deserved. It was close but pretty clear to me. I mean Sturm absolutely dominated the second half of the fight. I had him win 6 or 7 rounds in a row, finishing at 115-113 over Oscar.
