Last week, Floyd Mayweather Jr. met with Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, who also owns HDNet fights, to discuss a possible jump from boxing into the world of mixed martial arts. Some are curious as to whether or not Mayweather, the top pound-for-pound fighter in boxing, will become an actual player in MMA. Others are not as happy to welcome Floyd to the MMA ranks. yea, i don't think mayweather should do it. if he does he'll be done with, mma is serious **** and he will get beat down. imagine if he fought crazy horse, mayweather would get killed.

Mayweather would get stomped on. He may be the best in boxing right now but like that dude said, he's too old to learn how to do that ****. Besides, he was complaining that his body is deteriorating on him so why the **** would he join MMA now? If he's gonna continue fighting, it better be in a boxing ring because otherwise he will completely embarras himself. The only way I can see him successfully participating in MMA is by investing in new prospects for the sport...promotion.
