Several weeks ago, I reported that Felix "Tito" Trinidad was claiming to be in the best physical shape of his career. Maybe he's not exaggerating. Felix Trinidad Sr. tells Endi that his son is just about 170-pounds, the agreed upon catch-weight for the Jan. 19 showdown with Roy Jones Jr. The bout will televised by HBO pay-per-view from New York's Madison Square Garden. This is suicide for Trinidad if Roy wants to hurt him. But I bet Jones will do what he always does recently. Play with him over the 12 rounds and win a comfortable decision. Jones doesnt go in for the kill anymore. If he fought that way again, he would be super hard to beat even now.

Trinidad's wins at 160:
Joppy (controversy with the wraps)
Cherifi (who?)
Mayorga (oh, that guy who skipped 154 to come up from 147?)
His losses at 160:
Hopkins (dominated and knocked out)
Wright (dominated even more)
Trinidad relied a lot on power to win, and it just wasn't there at 160.
