It's an interesting question because Mosley's last fight was at welterweight and De La Hoya's at light-middleweight but all things being equal I have to say Mosley.

Mosely I would say is better right now, but DLH has the name and probably would win a close decision against most (except Money) just because of his name still.

Do you all think Mosley at this point can do as well as Oscar did against Mayweather. If Mosley does any better than Oscar against PBF, he wins. Oscar came within a hair of beating Floyd. I don't think Shane can, given how confused he looked against Cotto in the early rounds, therefore, I say Oscar is better right now.

Don't let those scorecards fool you. That bout wasn't as close as people let on.

Mosley showed me a lot more in his fight with Cotto. DLH just gasses way too early and his fight with Mayweather wasn't even fast paced. Plus, Mosley has more speed and just about the same power along with 2 wins against DLH already.

Let's let them duke it out and find out. I think Mosley will do better at 154 and beats Oscar a third (arguably second) time. This way Oscar doesn't interfere with what looks to be some exciting matchups at WW.

I totally agree 1000% and I have no idea what the **** people are smoking.

I bet on Shane Mosley and I would never take that risk again. Shane was a bum horse, his timing was ****.

I wouldn't be sure Mosley could beat any of the elite welters at this point.

The spark is not there. At all.

Again, Jack Mosley was having to tell Shane how to throw his shots for christ sake!.. C'mon folks. Shane himself would only say that he felt "alright" when Jack asked him how he was doing in between rounds.. It was bad.

De La Hoya had all his tools, he just couldn't execute a gameplan that was more effective.
