I remember Emanuel Steward saying that Cintron was working with Klitschko in training camp, not sure if it was on boxingscene though. But he stated that Cintrons power equals Wlads, it might well have been him hyping up Cintron, but seeing as he used Cintron to spar with Taylor to figure as a power puncher it might be true. Cintron had a puncher's chance against Margarito and his lack of boxing skill at the time caused his loss.

As for the fighters mentioned I'd rate them in power in this particular order:
