Foreman would smash him.
I pick prime Foreman vs. almost every fighter at hw all time. Only guys that could hang with him were real savvy guys. Savvy guys that could beat him to the punch and pick their spots.
Something Lewis did, but he wasn't very fluid with it. -

Lewis would fight Foreman like Morrison did and would take no chances. Lewis by a lousy decision, Foreman comes out of the fight relatively unharmed.
If Lewis chose to fight Foreman it would be different.
EDIT: If this is the 45 year old Foreman we are talking about.Comment

As much as I liked George Forman version 2.0, and as awesome as his KO of Moorer was, I must disagree with you. Heres why..
#1 late 80's/90's Foreman knocked out alot of journeymen during his comback, but he had to work *very* hard to accomplish anything with better boxers...people who were competent but by no means men of Lewis's calibur.
Examples- Foreman had to fight Alex Stewart and Tommy Morrison during the months before Moorer..... he lost to Morrison(UD) and won against Stewart on a shoe string (2 judges scored 94-93 and another scored a draw)
#2 Foreman got fights he arguably didn't deserve based on his marketability- After he lost to Morrison he immediately got a shot at Moorer's titles merely because the fight was a garantueed money maker. Foreman never had to prove his worthyness against a sufficient number of contenders/fringe contenders, and whenever he tried (ie stewart/morrison) he did not look particularly good.
#3 Foreman's chin would truely be tested by Lewis. He was getting mauled by Moorer until he cashed in on his (considerable) puncher's chance. He also took a ton of punches from Holyfield. But Lennox Lewis hits much harder than either of these men, and despite his great chin foreman CAN be hurt and knocked down (Just watch Foreman v Ron Lyle)
#4 Lewis's chin is underrated. Sure, he's been knocked out by good punchers but he's also taken great shots and kept on fighting to win. This is a whole nother debate in itself really, but I doubt Lewis would have taken Foreman's power lightly (especially if this hypothetical bout occured after the Moorer fight). He knows how to land and win against people with sudden K.O. power (like Tyson/ Hasim Rahman II)
#5 Similarly, Why would Lewis sit in front of Foreman like Moorer did? Is he really this ******? I for one think Lewis is fairly intelligent in the ring.
#6 Transitive properties- Foreman lost (albeit impressively) to Holyfield, and Holyfield lost to Lewis twice (technically the first bout was scored a draw, but everyone knows that BS).
Alex Stewart also lost to Holyfield, and Morrison (who beat foreman) lost to Lewis!
None of this proves a whole lot, but it begs the question...if Foreman couldn't beat these people convincingly, and these people couldn't beat Lewis, what exactly is the argument for a Foreman victory v Lewis anyways?
Conclusion....Lewis would win by UD, perhaps even knocking big George down after foreman eats punches for 10 rounds or so.
