Margarito is better than anyone Floyd has faced at WW, but he lost any chance of a Floyd payday with his loss to Williams. That said, Floyd's only options now are Cotto or Williams, or perhaps another weight class.

Right on point... Margarito jumps right back into contention if he fights and beats Cotto. I do think Cotto is ducking Williams though. I hear Cotto/Clottey is on tap. I Think Clottey will decision Cotto. Then All the Floyd Boys will say, well there's no one left for him to fight. Thats when Paul Williams comes up. If I were Williams, i'd be on TV and everywhere I could be calling out these other cats at WW. Kinda like he did with Margarito. The only difference is margarito actually fought him. Margarito has heart, lets see if Money and Cotto do.

I think Margarito is cool to watch when he is fighting a c class fighter who can't punch. Floyd is altogether to much for Margarito though and if you don't believe it just watch the Baldomir fight. Margarita is just too slow. He would get countered all night. Easy win for the Great one! What's punching air all night good for anyway??? But against Cotto Margarito would win by a spectacular stoppage. Just watch Foreman-Frazier. Stiles makes fights.

Why won't Floyd PROVE he is superior to Margarito? Tony will let him take 90% of the purse.

margarito has a way better chance than paul williams. margarito has power in both hands stamina to match mayweather he will come forward all night and mayweather dont have the power to back him up one step. this is the reason mayweather wouldnt take a career high payday to fight this man.
