Gamboa doesnt hit as hard as Valero, not even close, but hes so skilled that he hits his opponents at will and he hits them verry often and prezise, so hes able to hurt and stop them. And maybe he would stop Valero too, if not he would make him look silly. Just as Mayweather hes not the hardest puncher but hes so skilled that he can stop his opponents.

It just shows how great Gambo is and he hasnt even had 10 pro fights,he has the skill to outbox Valero,he has the skill to outbox alot of people tho,he'd have to watch out for Valeros power,Valero hits hard,but Gamboa is a beast
