He's shady as all promoters are, but he did put on some good fights this year with good undercards as well.

Yeah true, but homie .. Wouldn't you rather watch an entire show that keeps you entertained with good fights? Rather than watching **** such as Manfredo vs. Lacy and watch other bums fight till the Main Event?

Arum promotes Cotto, Pavlik, and Pacquiao. That's all that needs to be said.

Arum has some really good fighters in his stable and he's pitting them against good opposition. As long as he keeps doing that, we'll get very entertaining bouts. Side note - Anyone remember when Arum was being interviewed for an upcoming PPV he was promoting that didn't have HBO involved and he mentioned how you won't have to listen to an old fart interview at the end(Larry), or forever to begin a fight. It'll be fight after fight with short delay in between bouts. Basically he was insulting HBO directly I'd imagine, although that could go with Shotime also. Eitherway, he's cool still because he does put up good shows. Don King is the weakest of the current big promoters out there right now me thinks.

In addition to him providing great action, his fighters kicked the **** out of Golden Boy's the majority of the time.
