It's tough to imagine a scenario in which Forbes wins a decision in England. Forbes isn't a puncher either, which doesn't bode well there. It's telling however that Frank Warren wanted 2 options on Forbes to get a title shot with Gavin Rees.

Reese pulled of a suprise upset of Souleymane M'Baye and seems like somebody Forbes could have a chance of beating. I think if Forbes were to fight Witter in England it would be tough for him to win, so I think Witter beats him in a decision. A close one because Forbes is a tough fight, but it seems like Forbes loses the majority of close fights and I feel the same would happen again especially in England.
