Just a simple question.
Was Harry Simon vs. Winky Wright ever broadcast on HBO?

Oooo, I didn't think of that.
It was a Saturday though.
Does anyone know if it was shown on an American channel though?
Showtime perhaps, or maybe like USA, or possible ESPN, CBS, ABC, something?
Much appreciated everyone.Comment

I've requested it a few times... recently a foreign version was uploaded.
I'll eventually try to hunt it down. My hard drive is completely full for another 24 hours.
Thank god for external hard drives.

My hard drive is basiclly full of fights too. I try to put them all on dvd, but damn, so many great fights that i download to see later that its very difficult to have any space.
If you're a fan of the boxing style, i'd recommend, Salvador Sanchez, Ricardo Lopez, Roy Jones Jr. at light heavyweight, Willy Pep, Wilfredo Gomez(he's known as a great puncher but he can box with great finesse), Lupe Pintor, Juan Manuel Marquez at featherweight, Humberto Chiquita Gonzalez v. Michael Carbajal in there 2nd and 3rd fight, Manuel Medina, Daniel Zaragoza, Wilfredo Benitez(defensive wizard), Ivan Caldron(you may like his style), Terry Norris(when he boxes - v. Simon Brown 2nd fight, Ray Leonard), Pernal Whitiker of course. There a lot out there but im mostly naming the boxers that i would recommend, i know im missing a lot other but these guys i seen and can verify they can box the sweet science.Comment

Thanks a lot bro! I know we were at each other's throats last night, but it's all good, just an argument, I'd help you out (or anyone for that matter, I mean hell, I just gave DaveBrown some advice). My hard drive is basiclly full of fights too. I have a ton of fights on my list to watch... I'm trying to become as familiar as I can with the top fighters of right now... going back and trying to get brushed up on fighters like Miguel Cotto (seeing 2 or 3 fights just isn't enough).
I'm also trying to maximize my collection of Mayweather (which is done), Forrest and Wright, so I have just a few more of their fights to watch before I archive them.Comment
