i love pavlik.. but um, i doubt he can beat a good boxer.. his first loss will be a person who will put on a boxing clinic..

he needs to utilize his jab more.. and cover up better

He wasnt being macho when Taylor got him. He can't stick and move but he's got trmendous power. I've only seen 2 fights of Pavlik but he does need some more head and feet movement. The fact his power is working for him is perhaps preventing him of working on the other things. Tyson comes to mind... What you do when your shots dont hurt nomore is what defines your legacy.

i guess u missed kelly sticking his chin out to jermaine being a smartass and jermaine dropped him? what fight did u see! WOW! u can not accurately critique a fighter based on 2 fights. go watch some more fights!

Cant even find Hatton Mayweather in youtube (just clips) i live in Europe man, i doubt kelly's and other fighter's early work is in youtube. I perfer youtube kinda video cuz it saves me the downloads which take so long. If you know of a stream for boxing vids plz post.

yeah man, i think the biggest problem with kelly is that he gets a bit macho at times and wants to prove he can take shots,and than he gets floored once in a while. Taylor got him, and zuninga got him 2!

I agree, the reason he got caught by Taylor was because he stuck his tongue out and was being macho. Pavlik has a very good Gatti like chin, he can be knocked down, but he has great recovery and he fights back when he is hurt. He showed amazing heart when he came back after that tough 2nd round and dominated the 3rd round backing Taylor up and hurting him.

Yeah Kelly not only has more power than Taylor, he has faster hands and a better jab! How can Taylor pull the upset? He wont. God have mercy on Taylor. I just can't see Taylor winning, no way really. This will be worse than Gatti-Mayweather.

yeah he really does need to work on that defense of his lol ... but he also is only 25 so theres time for improvement ..hopefully that does not happen ..it would be a shame
