Hagler has the tools, he got the stamina that can chase PBF when he's running, he's got good offensive style, can switch either style that can create any angles. Good chin. Hagler's workrate is descent.

      I'll stick to LW's and WW's.

At LW I believe Duran and Pryor. At WW possibly Hearns, SRL and I also believe Tito. Tito didn't have too much a problem with WW's, he only took losses versus Middleweights. Tito is also argueably the hardest hitting WW of all time so if anyone has a chance of KOing PBF at WW its Tito.

SRR? Pretty similar style, lead rights, lead left hooks, mayweathers defense most probably better. Would SRR have height/reach advantage?

I think people misunderstand the types of fighter that would give PBF trouble. Look at Hatton. If your'e a fighter that needs to be in your opponents chest, against one of the slipperiest, quickest, smartest fighters with a rock solid defense, who constantly catches you while youre trying to get in the inside..........your'e going nowhere. Unless ofcourse you can punch hard enough that his guard wont stop the damage.

Hatton, Delahoya, Baldomir. They all hit hard, but when you get hit reeeeal hard and you block a shot your whole body moves to try and stay balanced (PBF's footwork, stance and leaning against the ropes probably helps him out there). When Hatton was in there with Floyd it was like he was just tapping him.

I think floyd needs someone to outbox him. Someone who isn't gonna be plodding forward into his lead hooks and rights. I don't think that person is cotto.
If they can land shots outside his range without him being able to counter hell have trouble, as he'll have to come forward which he doesnt really do.
Im pretty sure Floyd loves being on the back foot, just blocking and watching his opponent till they leave a gap for him to counter.

For those reasons i think hearns would've been some trouble for him, a long reaching jab with power to K.O. I can't see PBF going on the offensive enough if the other guy isn't already hurt.

Hearns could not be outboxed by anyone at 147. Leonard failed. Look what happened to Duran (that was at 154) Hearns stops him. Hagler stops him. Leonard wins by Stoppage or close decision. Robinson win by stoppage. Duran dispite being most effective at Lightweight is not smaller than Mayweather close fight though.

oh jesus there are alot i think,

sugar ray leonard would beat him the worst i think, Cuz mayweather has alot of trouble when the fighters are faster then him just look how bad he struggled against juda before juda started fading. and leonard wouldnt fade so i think leonard would absolutly dominate pbf

^That's actually what I was thinking...

SRL is FAST and really fast with power...and can go 15 rounds of boxing.

yea his straight right would've killed Mayweather as it even hurt Hagler and at 147 he couldn't be outboxed.
