    many people (especially filipinos) think their country is catching up to mexico in boxing. well, i did a little research on the top five fighters per division for the philippines and mexico. there are multiple division champions in mexico so i used one name just once. here goes and let me know what you think: number in parenthesis is number of title defenses

        Milmascaras has a Vendetta against Filipinos coz when he was stationed there in The Philippines someone slit his throat. I'm glad you came out alive milmascaras but you have to get over it. Not all Pinoys are bad.
