I always pick that type of **** up and it kills me. Adrian Peterson does the same thing except he says, "Ya know" before and after every sentence.

Vivian Harris says you know what I'm saying a lot. Richard Hall does the same thing.

Yeah we all are guilty of it from time to time. Some just more than others lol. I remember my chemistry teacher used to say "um" like before any and every statement. I used to laugh my ass off because I would be in the back of class writing down how many time he said it. I must have marked it down 200 times in a span of an hour.
