What does floyd stand to gain from mma?

it looks like he would make less money and risk greater physical injury. unless he is bored with boxing and wants a challenge, but i think cotto would be a good challenge too. would cuban give him 30 mil to fight in mma, is he that careless with his $? someone explain this to me.

Mayweather would be the one to truly answer which sport has the better athletes and fighters. Forget Ray Mercer, Mayweather would be the first boxer in his prime to go into MMA. I honestly think the fans of both boxing and MMA would benefit the most from this. I mean who wouldn't of wanted to see a prime Tyson take on some of the UFC's champions. I think everyone has always wondered how those fights would of turned out. I think Floyd is to smart of a business man to not make a ton of money off something like this and I agree with Cuban that there would be a lot of interest and a lot of money to be made. Can you imagine PBF against BJ Penn, Sherk or Huerta. I would definately buy those PPVs but in order for this thing to work and make alot of money I don't think UFC can be involved. Zuffa bro's are stingy ****s who dont pay their fighters enough and I doubt they would dish out the kind of doe to get Mayweather interested.

how much is a lot of money? if floyd fought 3 more times in boxing and retired he would make at the very least 50 million. they can offer him that kind of money in mma? i dont see it.
