Why are people seriously arguing over it and how well he'll do?

it's all talk, like quitali quitschko fighting again and actually beating a legit top heavyweight who isn't fat, old, or old and fat.

No way Mayweather will go do MMA, he's just ****ing around with boxing fans. In a toe-to-toe fight I'd favor him to humiliate nearly any MMA fighter, but when you factor in the wrestling and kicking he'd get eaten. He's just ****ing with us because he knows NSB morons will go....

agreed. One of his Marketing team, have set this up. Keep Floyds name in the news. Hes probably in the Carribean on his long awaited holiday. And people are still talking about him.
