in his heart mayweather knows margarito would knock him out

many of the people on boxing scene say mayweather would beat margarito easy. to bad your own hero does not believe this. why would any man turn down the biggest payday of his career for a fight that is "easy work"??? use some plain and basic common sense and think about this. mayweather had no problem fighting judah or mitchell for less money because they were very easy fights. he knew margarito even for more money would be the toughest fight of his life.

"if it makes dollars it makes plain and basic common sense"

Yea, I'm sure Floyd is scared of a guy who fights flat-footed and throws nothing but wild punches. He chose to fight Baldomir becuase Baldomir was known as The Man in the WW Division and it presented just as much if not more money tha Margo. IF he did fight and beat Margo instead, he would get nothing out of it.

the mayweather fans never deny this was a stone cold duck either. all they say is he made more money a year later which dont mean nothing. mayweather has shown he was afraid of a real challenge. mayweather lacks plain and basic common sense for ducking a man who is easy work for biggest payday of his career.

I agree with Pride. Mayweather is deathly afraid of Margarito. ***weather's words and actions all prove it. Yall just don't want to believe or can't believe it.

Who the hell would ever want to admit their hero whom they invested all their confidence and faith in and live vicariously through, is a flat out coward? Denial and ignorance will save the day.

Margarito beat Floyd three times alreayd, the three times lil floyd ran into Leonard Ellerbe's muscular arms (insinuation intended) from the $8 million contracts (plus PPV upside)

Margo would not have been PBF's biggest payday of his career last year. He made just as much or more money fighting Baldomir then he would have fought Margo.

Topdawg, I'm sure you are a smart guy but your quote above was stoopid.

                    here's the math dope,
                    purse: $8,000,001
minus 750,000 (to buy out Arum whom he called best promoter of all time before Margarito offer)
minus ??? (cut to Goossen from delahoya purse - umored to be a million)

so under $7 million makes business sense compared to the $8 million plus PPV upside floyd was going to get for Margarito - a career high payday that was flashed in his face three times by his promoter Bob Arum?
