I think Valuev would actually win quite convincingly. It's practically impossible to KO Valuev, so Peter wuld lose a UD.

Valuev doesn't have the power to knock Peter out. And Peter well he has the power, but Valuev simply is not going to be knocked out.

So i think i close UD, either way.
