hes in a couple scenes, one where jada and all them are in the matrix and they are all discussing plans in reloaded in their suits, and then again when the hatin ass black commander was discussing plans and who was gonna volunteer a ship to save the nechenezzer and neo and them, and roy jones being a ship captain is like "yall musta forgot bout them machines and ****, aint none of yall volunteering" yea.

Yeah just to expand on this:

Roy stands up after the ship captain's rant and I believe his direct words are

'Ya'll Must've Forgot, When they stole my gold medals in Seoul, Korea That's lookin back at my whole career, Cause, Ya'll Must've Forgot.'

Dunno how this line made it into the film.
