You may wonder. The guys who have been in the ring with him have their opinion.

For Hatton...Oh no, he cries, he is actually human after all..let us move on.
So, let me get this straight... you are saying that the guys may beat Floyd because they are BIGGER, but not because they are BETTER.

Isn't that the very definition of P4P?

What if Floyd camped at his real weight class of LW/JWW?

I think that the Hatton camp including Billy Graham were surprised by several factors, including Floyd's size, strength and power. I also think that Floyd was surprised by Hatton's speed, but Floyd pulled off the win so it obviously wasn't enough of a factor.

It doesn't hit you at first but than you realize all that hard work and the hours you put in have gone to waste in a way. You realize all the people you let down and the goals that you aimed for being setback, it's hard for anyone to take. Especially that first loss in a match as big as this one.

          Nothing is of waste ............

as long as ur doing something.......and not just talking about it.......

in the end it dosent matter...........

          win lose or draw...........

          so long as u............

lose saying u were gonna win.........

          and not......................................

win saying u were gonna lose.........

well if size did not matter then why emphasize in the past that hatton was the bigger guy?

To anticipate and dispel the inevitable excuses. That is why we specifically put that in our "no excuses" thread. Remember?

Prior to fighting Oscar, FMJ said that he woudl fight him at ANY weight. He didn't care. So I don't see why Hattonettes are trying the ole okey-doke on the 147 limit.

The guys stood face-to-face for a week. Prior to Hatton training. They traveled overseas on the same plane. Floyd was in a t-shirt for most of that time. Floyd was on national TV for half of his training camp. Floyd was the same size as he was for the Oscar fight.

What exactly changed to surprise them about Floyd's size?

I'm not sure why you're arguing against a statement that ultimately lends credibility to your position.
