Hatton went too inside. As a result he couldn't get leverage for his punches. The result had little to do with Joe Cortez.

I find it entertaining that the hatton groupies cling to the clip where Floyd stumbles. If you watch the clip and replays, the punch CLEARLY misses, and their feet got tangled.

But, whatever helps them sleep at night.

I would side with you if Cortez had been "interrupting" their fight all nine and a half rounds.

But after the usual break ups in the beginning, he let them fight their fight until the obvious conclusion.

I'm pretty sure much more people would be complaining about Cotez's "unfair" and "biased" handling of the fight enough to warrant an official investigation into the whole affair. The type that would get the top officials scrambling to acquiesce to the demands of Team Hatton and a majority of the boxing public.

Apparently, that hasn't been the case, nor will it be anytime in the near future.

If you're referring to the clip playing in your sig, you are highly mistaken.

Even in slo-mo you can see it didn't connect solidly.

Floyd was off balance by the time Ricky threw that punch.

Floyd back peddles, walks back when people hit him, which is why folk say Ricky wobbled him. He didn't. See also the Genaro Hernandes fight when Floyd went down, he was walking back.

Ricky didn't catch him, I got the fight on HD too, watched it a dozen times. Dude never troubled Floyd.
