    Ricky's is maybe 10% the same as Tyson, but it still hurts with your first loss. Ricky's cherry just got popped by Floyd and when they happens, you bleed and are hurt, you cry.

    Remember what Roger said: "You breaking that hoe down"...well, Floyd broke him down mentally and physically, making him bleed, popping his cherry in front of the world, in front of his family. He felt exposed in front of millions.

    Thats true... he could have possibly cried thinking of all that... never said it wasn't possible..

    I just think he was joking like he usually does for the media... no biggie.

      But again im not a big cryer so maybe its just me because i've lost family members and not cried...

      I never once said it was for everyone... people just respond differently... some cry some don't... No biggie really... though i still think hatton was just being a comedian.
      You were laughing at Hatton for supposedly "crying".

      I was just saying that I've been involved in high level sports where you work your ass off for 6 months to a year for a certain goal.

      It sucks when you dont make it because of all the sacrifices you hae to make. Almost seems not worth it.

      Ya dig?

        yea i was laughin at hatton for what he said.. lol i found it funny...

        I probably wouldnt laugh at him if i saw him actually crying on video or in the paper or sumthin...

        But yea i feel ya.. ya shoot for sumthin and miss.. it affects ya. I'd probably cry everyday if I ever got injured and got paralyzed.. GOD FORBID.

        I'd cry for that definitely... different things for different people... a loss jus doesn't spark it for me.. thats why i get the feeling hes joking... 99% chance he could be serious. I dunno.

        anyway thats no biggie... What sport did ya play? or was it boxing?

            I think many of us can remember as little kids playing Tyson's punch out. All those hours, days, months, fighting, working your way up and finally getting to your idol, Tyson. Such joy, such thrill, such a feeling of being proud of yourself having won the title against Super Macho Man and now fighting your "Dream" fight.

            The introduction, WOW, look at Tyson...Wow, I'm ready, I'm pumped, I'm ready to give it my all.

            Ding, Ding, Round 1 {the excitement}

            BAM! {Tyson uppercut}

            WTF, I'm down. I struggle to get up...finally get up, but I can tell I'm hurt.

            BAM! {Tyson uppercut}

            OMG, I'm down again and I'm in shock...my hands go numb, and I cannot go on. Stunned, crying...all that work, down the toilet in just 1 round. What a huge disappointment.

                  I'm joining a gym once I get uni started again (month or so) and a little bit more dough.

                  But yeah...I went to a couple boxing classes a year ago and I got that footwork **** on lock. I have good balance coordination which is why I excel at all the skill sports like basketball, soccer, etc.

                  So yeah...i've been thinkign of getting into it. Need a little bit more money though.
