It's hard to say that Mundine is under rated as he won't step up and take on any one of note, his dominant wins over Soliman and Green helped show that talent wise, he is the bets in Australia however I don't think anyone really under rates his ability, but more his heart. Also People are just frustrated with him possessing so much talent and failing to use it properly.
