                            I agree that he's the most over looked of the top welters but that's because he hasn't a notable win over another top 10 welterweight. A few good rounds against Margarito didn't do much to improve his status.

                                He should be above Collazo and I'd think I take Urkal out at 10 and put someone like Gomez or Berto there.

                                        I think The Ring loses a lotta credibility for having Collazo ahead of Clottey in the rankings

                                        its a joke .. Clottey is 32-2 .. and Collazo is 27-3

                                        so for 1 thing Clottey has the better record. and secondly all Collazo did in 2007 was get his ass handed to him via Mosley in a one sided UD

                                        so how the hell has Collazo maintained his ranking as #7 .. when all he's done is get whooped by Sugar Shane?

                                        *check out the official rankings for the WBA, WBO, IBF and even WBC .. Collazo is top 10 in all the above.
