well you can argue with math, because those stats dont tell the quality of the opponents those guys are fighting and knocking out. foreman and lewis have fought a greater level of competition than klitschko, so its all relative

The question simply asks who the better KO artist was... So you can argue about Competition all you all want.. I was alive in the 70's and watching boxing.. I can assure you they didnt hit ANY harder back then.. Nor were they any better at the all around game.. the only thing different.. was Boxing was still VERY mainstream.. instead of one repeorter covering a fight.. 20 did... It's not called Boxing's golden Era becasue everyone wa so awesome.. It was called that becasue of the POPULARITY of the sport...

Foreman and Lewis have an awful lot of Bums on their resumes too..

Out of that list, i'd say Wlad, but I regard Haye as more of a KO specialist.

so Earnie Shavers would win the best KO Artist...

                91.8%

If I go by your logic, Chris Arreala is a better KO Artist since he is 90.9 %...You can never argue with math

of course they have bums on their record but klitschko has way more. yeah the question was who is the better knockout artist but you have to take competition into account when analysing their percentages. usually the better fighters you fight the better their chins are. its not rocket science
