I'm a Pavlik fan but I dont think he had a better year than floyd, i would put him second though, two of the biggest fighters of 2007, floyd winning one of them puts him in the contender list, but winning both of them definately puts him there. Pavlik beat Miranda who was pretty much unproven and beaten by Abraham (Look at my thread back in the days when I said Pavlik would Knock the **** out of Miranda, and I got critised for it). and then he beat a Taylor who many believe lost to Hopkins, Wright and even Spinks.

Shane is a better fighter then Oscar. Beat him twice.Oscar fights once a year if that and had one fight in three years prior to fighting Floyd,,

SSM, a top, active welter who just beat Collzao convincingly, something HAtton couldnt accomplish.

Many people believe that an inactive Dela lost to a few of his opponents..

doesnt matter. dethroning the undefeated middle weight champ trumps beating Dela AT ANY POINT IN DELA'S CAREER ESPECIALLY NOW

and definitley trumps beating a guy who doesnt even campain your weight class, although beating Hatton was a good win.

listen and Im being honest if you dont agree it's cool..

after the second Dela/Mosley fight i felt Dela got robbed.. i was like "yo he aint lose that"!..but I watched it the following week wiht out being live and getting all excited and even turned the volume down..and felt Shane WON the fight... i wanted Dela to win, I did. but after re-watching told everyone "Man Shane won that".He landed the harder shots through out the whole fight and won more rounds IMO...

but if you see no point in "discussing" this with me then thats cool..

Oscar has fought better opposition, was the P4P King, has wins over Chavez, Whitaker, Quartey, Hernandez, Camacho, Rivera...et

Mosley got dominated by Forrest and Wright, Oscar's losses were close and competitive...he was even winning rounds against Bernard Hopkins, maybe that tells you who was the better fighter.
