Prime Quartey could have beaten Floyd

I am surprised no one has mentioned this yet, I think Prime Ike Quartey could have given Floyd a lot of problems, Quartey known for his Bazooka jab, one of the greatest ive ever seen arguably never lost a fight in his prime, even out of his prime he beat Forrest in many people's eyes, The only fight he lost convincingly was the Wright one and we all know Quartey was'nt the same fighter he was 5 or 6 years ago, I had him beating Prime Oscar comfortably, highway robbery.

Floyd is a natural lightweight while Quartey was a natural welterweight, a big one as well, As a floyd fan I think Quartey could have beaten floyd with his excellent jab. He was a underrated boxer as well...

Not saying he definately would, but I know for sure there were some fighters that could have troubled Floyd and maybe had a chance of beating him, Quartey comes in that list for me.

Ike has the sweetest Jab i have ever seen in the last 15 years, I have no doubt that he would have given PBF load of problem, I still think anyone with a great Jab in there prime like Ike or Forrest will pose a problem to PBF.

That amazing Jab Quartey had would have given Floyd fits. I see him being as big a test as a prime Forrest. Who he beat I might add.

u had Dela Hoya losing comfortably come one ,i believe Quartey won the fight but lets have it right it was only by 1/2 rounds at the most hardly highway robbery Quartey was on the deck twice

Quartey won but not by a mile the way your suggesting

Quartey would definitely give Mayweather problems in his prime, but Vargas beat him cleanly after the De la hoya fight and I think Mayweather would too. Becasue of Quartey's power and size though, it would be a boring fight as Mayweather countered and moved all night long.

Quartey was down in the 6th round, but DLH was knocked down in the 6th round as well and Quartey was outboxing him after that, so it was his round.

Quartey won 8 rounds, watch that fight again. It was a highway robbery

i know Dela Hoya was dumped on his backside in the same round but Dela Hoya finshed the fight very strongly IMO he still lost but at a push IMO humble opinion it was at the most by 2 rounds
