I'm not watching it if it's Heavyweights.

How boring would this be, they need to stay in the lighter weights where the action is, though i can see them doing heavies because then maybe their winner will have a legitimate shot at winning a belt considering how weak the heavies are today...if this does happen, im saying sign Evander up ha.Comment

Evander already had his a$$ handed to him by the weakest HW champ of the 4.How boring would this be, they need to stay in the lighter weights where the action is, though i can see them doing heavies because then maybe their winner will have a legitimate shot at winning a belt considering how weak the heavies are today...if this does happen, im saying sign Evander up ha.Comment

I suggested this in NSB a couple of years back... seeing James Toney and Audley Harrison in any show would be hilarious IMO.I've been reading from various sources that the popular Contender TV series may be heavyweights in 2008.
Who would you like to see participate? I'm thinking Kevin Johnson, Malik Scott, Chazz Witherspoon, and JD Chapman. Or maybe because they want to protect their "0", we'll see boxers like Brian Minto, Dominic Guinn and others who already have a few losses on their records.
Then put Danny Williams in so I can have a :wank:Comment

To say there is no talent in theheavyweight division and that its dead is ignorant. There is too mych money to be made not having prospects fighting each other (sad but true). And if you are going to name names to be on the show, don't name 40 year olds who lost to Kimbo Slice in a MMA fight, or anyone who is over 35, hell even a little lower. 16 guys who can fight on the show and the winner would actually be going somewhere. Even if they are all unproven, guaranteed they learn a lot from this type of format. Raphael Butler, Bermane Stiverne, Michael Marrone, Taras *****ko, Kerston Manswell, Kevin Johnson, Malik Scott, JD Chapman, David Rodriquez, Chazz Witherspoon, Carl Davis Drummond, Joey Abell, TJ Wilson, Travis Wlaker, Shane Cameron, and Derrick Rossy. I left out guys like Solis and Arreola because they are fighting better opponents at a faster pace. But those 16 have a chance to prove something and all are relatively young. There is talent there, it just has to be discovered and these guys need to prove something.Comment
