sounds good, and johns realistic. he knows that if he's gonna beat khan he'll need to do it within 2008. its a fight i definitely want to see. earl was a good test but he was coming off a heavy defeat to katsidis and was damaged goods. if khan can dispatch thaxton in impressive fashion then many of his critics (including me at times) will be silenced

Khan really has to fight him in 08

Romanov and then Thaxton is acceptable to me though, that is a good comp.

the khan victory against earl didnt prove much to me, i wanted earl to win, but didnt expect that version of earl to appear on the night.

Thaxton hasnt got much time in my opinion, he's slightly past his prime as it is.

khan takes him out within 6. too young, too quick, too powerful. Im not a big Khan fan...but its obvious he has alot of advantages in this fight,and he should win comfortably

i agree totally, and when he does win people will make a much bigger deal out of it then it really is.

Earl was a known tough fighter who cud take alot but he cudnet take much from khan thats why people where so imperssed with it.
khan wil beat thaxton because thaxton is gettin too old.

That's British, Commonwealth and European by the time he's 22. That's very good comp.
